Production Flow
Our general production flow to produce our good quality briquette :
Rotary:
The screening activities consist of manual screening and screening using rotary machine.
Crusher:
The screened raw material coconut shell charcoal is crushed. The results to be obtained from this process are raw material with a size 2 - 3 mm
Mixer :
The crushed coconut shell charcoal is mixed with tapioca flour and water.
Blending:
The mixed and crushed half finish goods are blended by extruder machine twice to get homogeneous product.
Molding Conveyor:
The blended half finish goods are molded according size requirement.
Oven :
The molded briquettes are carefully dried in industrial ovens to reduce moisture content and ensure stable burning quality.
Coaling and Weathering:
Cooling and weathering is carried out for a minimum of 14 days, that cover taking out the product from the drying oven, placing the product in the open area, final packing, and finished goods storage.
Packing:
The fully cured briquettes are packed in durable inner and master boxes to maintain product integrity during export handling and transport.
Shipping:
All finished products are shipped securely to domestic and international buyers, ensuring timely delivery and consistent quality.
